The SUS allows you to evaluate a wide variety of products and services, including hardware, software, mobile devices, websites and applications, providing you with the opportunity to compare your product’s SUS score with that of competitors or a widely-used system for benchmarking purposes.

Step 3: Validation and Launch Phase
