Multilingual AI based video transcriptions
Our video transcription service, through artificial intelligence, allows you a unique way to quickly scan through your participant session and identify key moments quickly, without watching the entire video.
Quickly and accurately transcribe user testing sessions in up to 36 different languages instantly, allowing for faster retrieval of key UX insights and easy test sharing among team members and stakeholders.
You can browse through each task or question and review the verbal commentary. Or, you can search specific keywords and jump directly to those key moments. The text is all time stamped, so clicking anywhere on the transcription will take you to that timeline moment, very cool!
Picture in picture videos
Userlytics provides full qualitative picture-in-picture videos of remote user testing sessions to provide further context to each participant session.
Once you review the sessions, you will be able to identify key events and comments, create annotations, and share an aggregate of hyperlinked list moments.
You can then create individual clips and highlight reels, generate full audio transcriptions, search for key terms, and click to go directly to timeline moments in a video.
Shareable highlight reels
Rather than watching an entire 30-minute session (or many of them), you and your colleagues and stakeholders can watch an optimized video of key events and comments. You can even automatically include the titles of each annotation as subtitles in the clips and highlight reel, saving you time and energy.
Once the user testing sessions have been reviewed and annotated, you can download specific clips of interest (based on the “Start Time” and “End Time” of each annotation). Alternatively, you can create and download a highlight reel video that aggregates all the key moments you annotated, even spanning multiple projects, into one easily shareable video.
Simplified annotations
Userlytics’ easy-to-use annotation tool allows you to quickly note and find key session moments. Some benefits of annotations are:
Note key video moments without pausing. Adding a “Title” or “Description” will automatically mark the annotation “Start Time,” and the “End Time” will be automatically set upon saving. You can later edit these if you wish.
View key, hyperlinked study moments both within the study session and the “Metrics and Annotations” section of your client dashboard. Easily find key moments by searching for key terms based on tags and themes.
Share key moments with teammates and stakeholders in an instant. Instantly create a shareable link to your annotation videos to gather feedback from your colleagues quickly and easily.
Create seamless video clips compiled of several annotations. You can subtitle these video clips, download them, share them on the cloud, or use them to compile highlight reels based on tags and themes.
Advanced video speed options
We provide a fast way to skim through each session video by toggling the review speed. The default speed is 1X, but you can increase the speed to 1.5X, 2X, or 5X.
Our clients frequently leverage 1.5x or 2x so that they can still hear and understand the verbal commentary of the participants, however, 5x speed is a great way to quickly skim through the video to a specific area you are interested in.
As an alternative, you can also click on a specific task or question to go directly to that section of the video, or to jump from task to task.
